Christmas Pics

Here are some pictures of the fun I had at Christmas time.
Cameron modeling his new four wheeler shirt along with a bow from around the box.

Decorating cookies: some were eating them faster than decorating. Every gym teacher's dream, comfy sweats!

Living, Laughing, & Loving Life

Life is going pretty well right now. I am slowly getting my house packed and waiting for the day to come when I can finally move it.

I still haven't heard anything about a job and honestly am not worried about it. I have confidence that God will place me in the job he wants, so, I am looking forward to June when I get to go to Whitefish/Kalispell to look for an apartment. Summer is going to go up with me for 3 days to help me look.

The past few weeks I have been letting my kids know that I will be moving and for the most part they aren't real fond of the idea. Even the kids who say they can't stand me have said they don't want a new teacher.

Other adventures happening in my life...well...I got to go car shopping with Summer and helped her find her new Elantra. As soon as school is out I get to go home to Oregon for a week to spend time with my family. I have my ten year reunion the end of June but have decided that I am not going to make it back to Oregon until August for my cousin's wedding.

I went to Whitefish for Easter and had a wonderful time of relaxation and lots of laughter.

Okay, so I think I'm caught up on all the time that has passed...I will try to keep this updated better, especially since I will be on the move. Enjoy your week! Living, laughing (lots), & loving life!

It's been a while...

since I updated this blog. It's been pretty crazy here the last few weeks. So what's going on in my life that keeps me away from the computer? Well, first I no longer have wireless at my house so I have to trot over to Summer's to use the internet. Second, I am working on the church's new Bible reading program and it is a bit time consuming. I am also still working at the pizza place. I turned in two applications for jobs up in the Flathead area. One was for a part-time high school position at Kalispell's new high school. The second was for a position at Whitefish high school. I haven't heard back from Kalispell and it will probably be a while before I hear from Whitefish because they are on Spring Break this week. I have started packing my house and am getting to the things that will have to wait a little bit longer before being packed. I am getting very excited and it is hard to wait for things that just can't be done yet.

Prayer Warriors Unite

Okay, here goes Jackie!
1) Getting ready for the move to the Whitefish area and a job there.
2) I have a nerve pinched in my shoulder so when I use my right arm a lot it goes numb and I can't carry anything. I don't have the finances to have it fixed by the chiropractor so a miraculous healing would be wonderful.
3) Co-workers and a boss, we'll just leave it at that.
4) My lil sis and her husband. Genna miscarried in February so for complete healing.
5) Staying away from pop and candy. I lost 10 pounds in Dec. and Jan. and would like to continue but just can't seem to get away from it, it keeps calling my name, especially on stressful days, and as Summer said in her prayer request, they are plentiful lately.

Dear Little One

I have yet to meet you but there is a place inside my heart.
A place so full of wonder and longing to know who you are.

Did I have a niece, a girl, so beautiful like her mother.
Or another nephew, a boy, who would play catch with his father.

Though these questions go unanswered, there's one I don't even ask.
The answer to this question I know deep down inside my heart.
You, my Dear Little One, can be found wrapped in the arms of God.

This is a poem that I wrote to the baby my sister miscarried.
