Update

Found a new way into my blog since I forgot my password. Yeah, I'm back in action with a lot happening. I'm leaving tomorrow to fly to Seattle where I will spend some time with my boyfriend, Merrill, and his son, Shane! We will be driving down to Oregon so they can meet my family and see where I grew up. A lot of you have asked about the story of Merrill and I, so here goes... Just after I started teaching at Whitefish Christian Academy the Headmaster told me that his wife had a guy in mind that she thought I should meet. He told me that he was a doctor from Seattle. My response, being completely serious and laughing about it, was, "As long as he is willing to move to Montana, because I'm not willing to go to Seattle." A little over a year later, March, I'm invited to dinner at their house to meet some friends who had come up to go skiing. I had an inkling that this might be the guy they had talked about earlier but it wasn't confirmed until I arrived for dinner. In Merrill's words, "I don't consider it an official date because I wouldn't take my mom or your boss with me on a date." He likes to call it the interogation. While it may not have been under the most usual circumstances it served it's purpose. We met, we stayed in contact afterwards via e-mail at first, progressed to instant chat, then phone, and now we also include video chat. We both have declared that it was definitely a God appointed meeting. Our first official date occured in May when he came up for Mother's Day weekend to visit his mom.
