Biggest Loser Sister Style

My sisters and I have decided to challenge each other to Biggest Loser. We started on the 1st and are going for 3 months. My before pic didn't turn out very well, which can be expected since it was done on my cell phone, so I will use one from this summer. I look the same anyway.

I will try to keep the pictures coming for during and after too. So far during the first week I have started walking every day, running 2 days a week, and spending a few hours in the bathroom with all the water I've been drinking. It's insane having to go to the bathroom every 20 minutes! Along with that I'm drinking a glass of milk, a cup of juice, and doing a ProBodX workout each day. The good news is that I'm well hydrated (which hasn't happened in a long time), I haven't had a headache all week, and my aches & pains from the accident are less. I'm still waiting for it to help me sleep better though.

Uh...Gym Teacher's Gym

A few quick pictures of the gym I teach in. Our school doesn't have one so we use the Armory.

Uh...Gym Teacher Visited by Past Students

The Evans boys, Kenton, Mitchell, and Logan, along with their mom, Diane came and took me to the Creation Festival Tour concert. A picture of them on our walk in Whitefish before going to the concert. During the concert Mitchell had my phone and took some pictures of Thousand Foot Krutch. The concert was great, really loud, but a wonderful time with my old students! Other bands at the concert were FM Statik (same members as Thousand Foot Krutch, different style of music), Audio Unplugged, This Beautiful Republic, and Jars of Clay.

My kind of humor

After every flight, UPS pilots fill out a form, called a 'gripe sheet,' which tells mechanics about problems with the aircraft. The mechanics correct the problems, document their repairs on the form, and then pilots review the gripe sheets before the next flight. Never let it be said that ground crews lack a sense of humor. Here are some actual maintenance complaints submitted by UPS' pilots and the solutions recorded by the maintenance engineers.

By the way, UPS is the only major airline that has never, ever, had an accident.

P: Left inside main tire almost needs replacement M: Almost replaced left inside main tire.

P: Test flight OK, except auto-land very rough. M: Auto-land not installed on this aircraft. P: Something loose in cockpit. M: Something tightened in cockpit.

P: Dead bugs on windshield. M: Live bugs on back-order.

P: Auto pilot in altitude-hold mode produces a 200 feet per minute descent. M: Cannot reproduce problem on ground.

P: Evidence of leak on right main landing gear. M: Evidence removed.

P: DME volume unbelievably loud. M: DME volume set to more believable level.

P: Friction locks cause throttle levers to stick. M: That's what friction locks are for.

P: IFF inoperative in OFF mode. M: IFF always inoperative in OFF mode.

P: Suspected crack in windshield. M: Suspect you're right.

P: Number 3 engine missing. M: Engine found on right wing after brief search.

P: Aircraft handles funny. M: Aircraft warned to straighten up, fly right and be serious.

P: Target radar hums. M: Reprogrammed target radar with lyrics.

P: Mouse in cockpit. M: Cat installed.

P: Noise coming from under instrament panel. Sounds like a midget pounding on something with a hammer. M: Took hammer away from midget.
